The staff is very accommodating.

The location and the dirty environment of the Chungking Mansion.

Location is good. Cheap for Hong Kong standards. Room is clear.

Entrance is horrible, sticks and very dirty.

The location of the hotel, only 5 min to the ferry station. Cheap.

Everything, the room was very very small. I could hardly stand or move inside the bathroom, it was that small. The room was also very wet.

Check in was quick and easy, even though they didn't have our reservation (which to be fair, was done just one day before). Using the directions from the hostels website it was really easy to find. Staff was very friendly.

After we extended our stay at the reception (it's a joint reception for at least 3-5 different hostels), the rest of the staff was somehow not informed, so that they came knocking to our room in the middle of the night. That was a bit strange. They were still very polite, though. The pictures of the hostel were not at all accurate.

Very small rooms, stuff who doesn't speak english, frightening neibourhood

The room is so small, and that building is so complex.

Getting to the hotel is unpleasant. Walking thru the bazar and waiting for the elevatator is something we did not like. Also the rooms are really small.

The location was really great. Right in Downtown hong kong, and near many attractions.

Room was tiny. Not very much hot water in shower. Hard to find.
